Edinburgh Festival Fireworks Dinner

Monday 28th August
6pm, £125 per person

Join us for a magical dinner before enjoying the world’s biggest annual fireworks display on the last day of the Edinburgh International Festival.

Set against the magnificent backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, the Fireworks Concert combines music from the Scottish Chamber Orchestra with a choreographed fireworks display.

We are opening our doors especially on this evening and will be serving a bespoke tasting menu, ensuring our guests have plenty time to take their seats for the concert at Princes Street Gardens. Guests without tickets for the concert are welcome to watch the display from our castle-facing windows.
The evening begins at 6pm with champagne and canapés on arrival, followed by dinner at 6.30pm. Our 7-course bespoke tasting menu, devised by head chef Dan Ashmore, showcases the very best ingredients. To view the menu, please click here.

Champagne and canapés are included in the menu price of £125, with the option of including matched wines for £74. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Nyetimber Wine Dinner

Thursday 26th October
7pm, £95 per person including wine

We look forward to welcoming Michael Bush of Nyetimber and Mike Stewart of Liberty Wines to The Pompadour to host this exclusive wine dinner to celebrate English sparkling wine.

For over 20 years Nyetimber has had a single aim: to make the finest English sparkling wine, one to rival the very best in the world, including Champagne. A true pioneer, Nyetimber was the very first producer of English sparkling wine to craft wines made exclusively from the three celebrated varieties found in Champagne: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

Our guests will experience four of the best vintages from the estate alongside an exquisite 4-course menu from our head chef Dan Ashmore. (Menu will be posted here soon).
